At FiT Athlete, Sean Larson and his team's goal is to give students the most beneficial and high-intensity workouts, while providing important information on how to keep your body safe and injury free!
We train anyone from 8 - 80 years of age. While the majority of our students are athletes looking to become stronger, faster, and more powerful in their respective sport, we also train clients interested in becoming more toned and in shape. We offer something for everyone, and guarantee you will see improvements through all facets of your training.

Gary Sinise Foundation Fitness Fundraiser Announcement!
I am so excited to finally run this fundraiser. For years I wanted to run a fitness test like the Marines Physical Fitness test I participated in when I was in high school. Now I get to run one, and also contribute to one of the greatest causes I can think of.
For the Fitness

To me this fitness test will bring out all the kids and adults who want to test their fitness abilities.

There will be 6 total tests of strength, stamina, and athletic ability, and everyone will be competing against each other.
For the Cause
All the profits we receive will be going to the Gary Sinise Foundation, which is an unbelievable program which serves our nation by honoring our defenders, veterans, first responders, their families, and those in need. They create and support unique programs designed to entertain, educate, inspire, strengthen, and build communities.
I teach all my students the 10 pieces of the FIT Athlete Code:

The people involved in the Gary Sinise Foundation follow this mantra and beyond, and I want to spend my life following this code the best I can. It takes humble, honorable and amazing people with courage to lead and set the example for everyone else, and I think we need more of that in our world.
