PRIVATE TRAINING SESSIONS

Whether it's for weight loss, toning, speed and agility, functional, or sports specific training, we offer one-on-one sessions to help you meet your specific fitness goals. 

Sessions are available Monday-Sunday, please click button below if you are interested in taking your fitness level up a notch! Meeting dates and times are flexible and can be scheduled with either Sean or his staff. 

*Privates are available for all individuals, at any skill level, from ages 7 +

 

Prices:

$110 - Drop - in

$120 - Semi Private (2-3 people)

$1,960 - 20 hours

$3,720 - 40 hours

$5,220 - 60 hours
 

Level 1-3 Programs:
    >Level 1: 1-2 days/week = $250 (30 min free instruction)
    >Level 2: 3-4 days/week = $350 (1 hour of free instruction)
     >Level 3: 5+ days/week = $450 (1.5 hours of free instruction)
