ADVANCED FIT ATHLETES
Advanced FiT Athletes will run Wednesdays 5:00 - 6:30 pm. The only requirements include:
1. Bring it every time you show up!
2. 8 Pull-ups (chin above bar and arms fully extended at the bottom)
3. Broad Jump > 7 feet
4. Sub 2 second 10 yard dash
5. Jump rope (200 spins in 90 seconds)
6. 25 pushups (chest touching sandbell)
7. 15 Bulgarian Split Squats each leg
90 Minute Groups
9 Classes - $450
17 Classes - $765
30 Classes - $1200 $40 per class
