Some Fun Ideas for Workouts if You Don't Know What to Do



Have you ever got to the gym without a workout plan, or wanted to exercise and didn’t know what the heck you were going to do?  I’m here to help keep things easy for you with a few ideas - some of which you may be very familiar with: 


Run

Jump

Push

Pull

Squat

Lunge

Swim

Bike

Climb

Play a sport


…That’s it.  That’s the newsletter.  Fitness tends to get over-complicated, but if you do some of the exercises listed above, you’ll notice overall changes to your appearance, mental health and energy levels. Make it challenging, make yourself sweat, have some fun, and burn some calories; of course, you may modify these and make them as challenging as you like - but something is better than nothing!!
