The FiT Athlete team is happy to announce that we are still running groups; however, via zoom instead of in person!
Groups are running Monday and Wednesday 5:00 - 6:00 pm and Saturday 10:45 am - 12:00 pm.
60 Minute Groups:
6 Classes $240, 12 Classes $420, 24 Classes $720, Pay Per Class $50
75 Minute Groups:
6 Classes $275, 12 Classes $495, 24 Classes $850, Pay Per Class $55

Monday and Wednesday 5:00 - 6:15 pm, Saturday 10:45 am - 12:00 pm
Online Group training designed to keep people moving and getting consistent workouts in from the comfort of your own home. These groups teach movements for all athletes to use to help them become better movers, while teaching stability, power, strength, mobility, and burning calories. Fun, interactive, and competitive!
Tennisize, for adults 3.0 - 4.0 levels
Mon. 10:00 - 11:30 am, Wed. 1:00 - 2:30 pm, Thursdays 1:30 - 3:00 pm, Fri. 11:00 - 12:30 pm
Warmup and various fun tennis games on the court for adults. You will burn calories, learn strategy, practice various shots, and have fun all at once!
High Performance Tennisize, for adults 3.5 - 4.5 levels
Tuesdays and Thursdays 5:30 - 7:00 pm
Same as Tennisize but overall higher level

Vikings Strength & Power, ages 13-18
Tuesdays 4:45 - 5:45 pm
Develop functional strength, build muscles, and learn how to generate power that can translate to the
field and court.
HIIT for Kids, ages 10-15
Wednesdays 7:00 - 8:15 pm, Sunday 10:00 - 11:00 am
Circuit training designed to teach athletes to recover quicker, push harder, and build up their endurance.
Family HIIT, ages 13-16 if with an adult, 17+ can be solo
Saturdays 9:15 - 10:15 AM
Similar to HIIT Burn with an upgraded intensity. Instructors are pumping you up while they work out
right alongside you!
Little Marines, ages 7-12
Mondays 6:00 - 7:15 pm, Wednesdays 5:00 - 6:15 PM, Saturdays 12:00 - 1:15 pm,
Sundays 1:45 - 2:45 pm
Work on dynamic warmup, speed, balance, pliability, flexibility, power, strength and coordination with various drills and games.
Marines, ages 12-18
Saturdays 10:45 - Noon
Similar to Little Marines but focusing on higher level progressions and levels of difficulty.
