Fall 2020 ZOom classes
We have exciting news!.....
The FiT Athlete team is happy to announce that we are still running groups; however, via zoom instead of in person!
Groups are running Monday and Wednesday 5:00 - 6:00 pm and Saturday 10:45 am - 12:00 pm.
60 Minute Groups:
6 Classes $240, 12 Classes $420, 24 Classes $720, Pay Per Class $50
75 Minute Groups:
6 Classes $275, 12 Classes $495, 24 Classes $850, Pay Per Class $55
Tennisize, for adults
Tuesdays 11:00 - 12:30 pm, Thursdays 12:00 - 1:30 pm, Fridays 12:30 - 2:00 pm
Warmup and various fun tennis games on the court for adults. You will burn calories, learn strategy, practice various shots, and have fun all at once!
Vikings Strength & Power, ages 13-18
Tuesdays 4:45 - 5:45 pm
Develop functional strength, build muscles, and learn how to generate power that can translate to the
field and court.
HIIT for Kids, ages 10-15
Wednesdays 7:00 - 8:15 pm, Sunday 10:00 - 11:00 am
Circuit training designed to teach athletes to recover quicker, push harder, and build up their endurance.
Family HIIT, ages 13-16 if with an adult, 17+ can be solo
Saturdays 9:15 - 10:15 AM
Similar to HIIT Burn with an upgraded intensity. Instructors are pumping you up while they work out
right alongside you!
Little Marines, ages 7-12
Mondays 6:00 - 7:15 pm, Wednesdays 5:00 - 6:15 PM, Saturdays 12:00 - 1:15 pm,
Sundays 1:45 - 2:45 pm
Work on dynamic warmup, speed, balance, pliability, flexibility, power, strength and coordination with various drills and games.
Marines, ages 12-18
Saturdays 10:45 - Noon
Similar to Little Marines but focusing on higher level progressions and levels of difficulty.
